Returns
We currently do not accept returns, as each piece is crafted with love and care to meet your expectations.
Exchanges
We understand the importance of the perfect fit! If you face a sizing issue that cannot be resolved through alterations, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Exchanges are eligible within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request: Send an email to contact@rheavania.com with the subject line “Exchange Request”, including your order details and sizing concerns.

Condition of Item: The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, as received.
Upon accepting your exchange request, we will:

Arrange a pick up request within 2 to 5 working days.

Share the updated tracking details with you.

Once we receive your product in its original condition we will process a new shipment and you should receive your new piece within 5 to 10 working days

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not offer exchange or returns on Custom Sizes as these pieces are tailor made to your measurements. We also do not offer any exchange or returns on accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds/Cancellation:
We offer refunds in the form of exchanges or gift cards in the event that the desired item is not in stock.
If you wish to return a product, you will have to make an exchange purchase of the same amount. If not, it can be credited on a gift card which we will send to you via email within 2 to 5 working days from the date of the request.
Cancellations can be done only if the order hasn't been shipped. Once shipped, we do not accept any cancellations.
